Responsibilities: - Understand client business in the emerging sectors of AI and/or digital assets, formulate tailored service offerings, establish appropriate pricing structures, and create winning proposals. - Identify and cultivate new client opportunities and play a key role in client acquisition efforts. - Anchor project delivery, from project initiation to seamless execution, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. - Lead the team in crafting innovative solutions by framing hypotheses, conducting in-depth analyses, and structuring problem-solving approaches that address complex client challenges. - Efficiently allocate resources, delegate tasks, and closely monitor project timelines to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Stay at the cutting edge of AI and Web3 trends, contributing insights to our thought leadership initiatives and client recommendations. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; Master's degree is a plus - 7+ years of proven experience in consulting or related roles, demonstrating expertise in client engagement and project management. Experience in tech, financial and/or government consulting are preferred. - Strong understanding of AI and Web3 technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Exceptional problem-solving skills encompassing logical reasoning, creative thinking, numerical proficiency, and a knack for unraveling intricate challenges. - Proficient in written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. - Ability to manage teams and adapt to evolving client needs or project requirements.
