JD Key Responsibilities and Key Result Areas (KRAs):


The core focus of this role is to conduct in-depth financial and business analysis to support investment and credit decisions.

Financial & Business Analysis:


- Conduct comprehensive analysis and understanding of businesses, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.


- Thoroughly analyze and interpret financial statements to assess a company's financial health, performance, and trends.


- Develop and maintain robust financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Credit & Investment Documentation:


- Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal notes for evaluating creditworthiness and risk.


- Create high-quality marketing and informational materials including Teasers, Pitch Books, and Information Memoranda (IM) for internal and external stakeholders.


- Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, well-supported, and clearly articulated.

Prerequisites / Required Skills:


Successful candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience and a strong capability in the following areas:

Analytical Acumen:


- Demonstrable strong analytical background with a proven ability to analyze complex financial statements.


- Deep understanding of business fundamentals and value drivers across various sectors.

Technical Proficiency:


- Hands-on experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining complex financial models.

- Practical, demonstrable experience with the preparation of key transaction and credit documents, including:


- Credit Appraisal Notes


- Teasers


- Pitch Books


- Information Memoranda

Qualification & Core Competencies:


Educational Requirement:


Must possess one of the following qualifications:


1. Chartered Accountant (CA)


2. CFA Charterholder (CFA)


3. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Technical Skills:


- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.


- Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
