Manager - Operations
Description: PointO is looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager who can own end-to-end operations, streamline processes, drive sales operations, and ensure seamless delivery across markets. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Who Were Looking For
- IIT/IIM graduate (preferred)
- Strong experience in automation, analytics, and operations management
- 5 to 10 years in Operations, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Analytics or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage supply chain, fulfilment, field execution & hub operations
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Sheets & dashboards
- Experience working in EV, mobility, hardware, or startup ecosystems is a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across supply chain, fulfilment & inventory
- Build scalable SOPs and ensure high-quality operational execution
- Own end-to-end order flow, dispatch planning & TAT
- Drive sales operations: dashboards, forecasting, dealer support & performance tracking
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Logistics & Business teams
- Manage KPIs, business reviews & data-driven decision-making
- Mentor on-ground teams & ensure accountability
