Role Description:
- The individual in this role will be responsible for managing relationships with existing investors, attracting new investors, and overseeing fundraising efforts.
- Key tasks include preparing investor reports, conducting financial analysis, developing fundraising strategies, and representing the company at industry events and meetings with potential investors.
Qualifications:
- Strong network and relationships within climate tech and green infrastructure investor communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing investor relations and representing the company.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, unstructured settings and bring order to complex, fragmented data environments.
- Understanding of the new-gen battery industry and technology is a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing investor reports, financial documentation and maintaining data room.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
