Pointo - Assistant Collection Manager

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Collection Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

- The Assistant Manager will assist in planning, supervising, and executing business processes while acting as a bridge between employees and management.

- This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations.

- Supervise and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Resolve issues, escalate concerns when needed, and implement solutions promptly.

- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory (if applicable).

- Support in employee training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.

- Step in for the Manager during absences, ensuring continuity of operations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
