
We are seeking a high-performing and purpose-driven professional to join our CEO Office as Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Projects for our Solar Business.
This role is central to driving strategic initiatives, partnerships, and project execution within the fast-growing renewable energy sector. Working directly with the CEO, you will lead critical projects from concept to completion - shaping the future of sustainable power within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Floating & Vendor Identification:
- Prepare and float tenders for solar and infrastructure project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and empanel vendors and EPC partners across technology and service domains.
- Ensure vendor assessments meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
2. Technology Partner Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard leading technology partners in the solar and renewable ecosystem.
- Conduct technical evaluations and due diligence for modules, inverters, storage, and digital systems.
- Facilitate strategic alliances aligned with long-term business and project objectives.
3. Terms of Reference & Vendor Engagement Model:
- Draft clear Terms of Reference (TOR) and define vendor engagement models.
- Establish deliverables, SLAs, and commercial frameworks ensuring operational and financial efficiency.
- Negotiate agreements that promote innovation and cost optimization.
4. Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Lead end-to-end project execution - from planning and procurement to commissioning.
- Track progress against technical, financial, and timeline milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
5. CEO Support - Financial & Strategic:
- Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and project reports.
- Prepare strategic presentations and business cases for CEO and Board review.
- Provide analytical insights supporting key investment and partnership decisions.
6. Post-Execution & SOP Development:
- Design and implement SOPs for solar project execution and plant operations.
- Document learnings and integrate best practices for future projects.
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations and maintenance teams post-handover.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between the CEO Office and core departments (Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales).
- Ensure business alignment and operational readiness across all project stages.
- Drive collaboration and accountability for timely and quality project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial); MBA preferred.
- 7-12 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects.
- Proven track record in project management, vendor management, or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong exposure to financial modelling, project feasibility analysis, and stakeholder management.
