The Role:
This role owns the entire organic and on-site growth engine.
You will be responsible for how Pocketpills is discovered (SEO), understood (messaging & information architecture), and converted (CRO) across our website and funnels.
This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, design, engineering, and performance.
What Youll Own:
Website & Conversion Ownership:
- Own the end-to-end performance of the Pocketpills website, landing pages, and key conversion funnels.
- Define and iterate on information architecture, page layouts, wireframes, and user flows based on data and user behaviour.
- Lead CRO strategy: hypothesis creation, experimentation roadmap, A/B testing, and post-test insights.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship fast using an MVP mindset.
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Own SEO strategy end to end-technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Drive high-intent organic traffic, not vanity rankings.
- Lead keyword research, search intent mapping, and page-level optimization.
- Optimize category, product, treatment, and landing pages for both rankings and conversion.
- Work with engineering on technical SEO improvements (site structure, speed, indexation).
- Track and report SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, and related tools, tying efforts to revenue and conversions.
Analytics & Experimentation:
- Own GA4 and GTM implementations related to website and funnel performance.
- Define events, funnels, and dashboards aligned to real business outcomes.
- Use session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and cohort insights to guide decisions.
- Partner with performance marketing to align paid traffic intent with landing page experiences.
Messaging, Copy & Positioning:
- Write and refine conversion-focused copy across product pages, landing pages, onboarding flows, and SEO content.
- Build clear product messaging frameworks by audience, use case, and funnel stage.
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into simple, credible, user-friendly language.
- Ensure consistency across paid ads, SEO pages, and on-site experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Performance Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Use customer feedback and behavioral data to influence product and UX priorities.
- Support launches with strong GTM execution across website, SEO, and conversion flows.
- Act as the single owner of the website and organic growth surface area.
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have:
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, SEO, CRO, or website optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
- Proven experience driving meaningful organic traffic and conversions through SEO.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, CRO tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent copywriting skills focused on clarity and conversion.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, UX fundamentals, and wireframing.
- Experience working closely with design, engineering, and performance marketing teams.
- Background in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation).
- Experience scaling SEO and CRO across multiple product lines or funnels.
