This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, design, engineering, and performance.

What Youll Own:

Website & Conversion Ownership:

- Own the end-to-end performance of the Pocketpills website, landing pages, and key conversion funnels.

- Define and iterate on information architecture, page layouts, wireframes, and user flows based on data and user behaviour.

- Lead CRO strategy: hypothesis creation, experimentation roadmap, A/B testing, and post-test insights.

- Partner with design and engineering to ship fast using an MVP mindset.

SEO & Organic Growth:

- Own SEO strategy end to end-technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

- Drive high-intent organic traffic, not vanity rankings.

- Lead keyword research, search intent mapping, and page-level optimization.

- Optimize category, product, treatment, and landing pages for both rankings and conversion.

- Work with engineering on technical SEO improvements (site structure, speed, indexation).

- Track and report SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, and related tools, tying efforts to revenue and conversions.

Analytics & Experimentation:

- Own GA4 and GTM implementations related to website and funnel performance.

- Define events, funnels, and dashboards aligned to real business outcomes.

- Use session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and cohort insights to guide decisions.

- Partner with performance marketing to align paid traffic intent with landing page experiences.

Messaging, Copy & Positioning:

- Write and refine conversion-focused copy across product pages, landing pages, onboarding flows, and SEO content.

- Build clear product messaging frameworks by audience, use case, and funnel stage.

- Translate complex healthcare concepts into simple, credible, user-friendly language.

- Ensure consistency across paid ads, SEO pages, and on-site experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Performance Marketing, and Customer Support teams.

- Use customer feedback and behavioral data to influence product and UX priorities.

- Support launches with strong GTM execution across website, SEO, and conversion flows.

- Act as the single owner of the website and organic growth surface area.

What Were Looking For:

Must-Have:

- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, SEO, CRO, or website optimisation.

- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.

- Proven experience driving meaningful organic traffic and conversions through SEO.

- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, CRO tools, and experimentation frameworks.

- Excellent copywriting skills focused on clarity and conversion.

- Strong understanding of information architecture, UX fundamentals, and wireframing.

- Experience working closely with design, engineering, and performance marketing teams.

- Background in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.

- Familiarity with technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation).

- Experience scaling SEO and CRO across multiple product lines or funnels.

How Youll Be Measured:

- Speed, quality and efficiency of new page launches.

- Growth in high-intent organic traffic.

- SEO-driven revenue and lead contribution.

- Speed and quality of experiments shipped.

- Impact of website improvements on paid and organic efficiency.

Why Join Pocketpills:

- High-ownership role with direct revenue impact.

- Real problems, real scale & no vanity work.

- Strong cross-functional influence.

- Fast-moving environment with room to build and lead.
