Growth Manager - YouTube & Social Media Platforms Job Summary : - We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in achieving growth via content marketing on YouTube. - As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies, and executing tactics to optimize our YouTube channel's reach, engagement, and monetization. - You will work closely with our content team, marketing team, and data analysts to drive growth and ensure that our content aligns with our business objectives. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement strategies to increase our YouTube channel's organic reach, engagement, and revenue generation. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform content creation and distribution decisions. - Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, including subscriber growth, engagement rates, retention, and revenue generation. - Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize video content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity and messaging. - Manage and optimize YouTube SEO, metadata, and channel branding to improve discoverability and viewership. - Work with the marketing team to develop and execute cross-promotion campaigns, influencer partnerships, and other tactics to drive channel growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube organic growth and content marketing and share insights with the team.
