Responsibilities: - Lead user acquisition for one of the biggest genres on the Pocket FM platform for our International Business. - Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships. - Create and implement the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets. - Ideate, test, and scale new acquisition channels (organic and paid). - Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, as well as qualitative research and customer insights. - Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech, and more to drive growth. Qualifications: - 4+ years of post-MBA experience across Growth/Revenue Strategy/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Strategy Teams at digital consumer businesses. - Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India. - Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
