Position Summary: - As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will act as a key liaison between HR and various business units, ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and performance within the organization. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and develop HR strategies that support business objectives. - Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to optimize team effectiveness. - Work with the recruitment team to select, and onboard top talent. - Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining compliance across the organization. - Assist in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees. - Create and carry out plans to manage changes in the organization, addressing employee concerns and keeping them engaged. - Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to business operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a business partner role. - Experience in the technology or media industry is a plus. - Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
