Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic decision support, ensuring financial efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals

2. Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

3. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with key financial insights for leadership teams

4. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Strategy, and Operations) to provide data-driven insights

6. Support in cash flow analysis, cost optimization initiatives, and ROI assessments. Participate in annual operating plan preparation and long-range strategic planning

7. Ensure financial processes and reporting comply with accounting standards and internal controls

8. Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

2. 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance (preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment)

3. Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS reporting, and business modeling

4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
