Roles and Responsibilities : - Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, cash flow statements & manage financial management reports - Prepare yearly budget for various divisions in consultation with the Division head and monitor actual performance and report variances - Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to top management and Division heads on financial performance - Direct the maintenance of ledgers, journals, fixed assets. Manage and control overall accounts and reporting systems ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and ensure timely month-close activities - Supervise regular and timely payment of all taxes including TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESIC - Liaise with external and internal auditors to handle queries to their satisfaction Qualifications and Skills Required : - CA/ ICWA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience - Someone from a M&E sector would be preferable - Knowledge of Tally is helpful - Good communication skills
