Role Description
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, especially in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a track record of building strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training programs covering product knowledge, compliance, and advanced sales techniques.
- Coach and mentor FAs to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop, implement, and monitor monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with organizational targets.
- Utilize CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance dashboards to track progress and optimize outcomes.
- Drive business growth through cross-selling and upselling of insurance products.
- Regularly review team KPIs such as lead conversion, persistency ratio, and premium collection.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and market intelligence to senior management.
- Implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and referral business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless policy issuance, claims settlement, and customer service.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular audits and checks on documentation, disclosures, and sales processes.
