PMS Fund Manager

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the PMS Fund Management function for TCL Wealth, focusing on HNI clients. Oversee multi-asset PMS portfolios across Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Bonds while ensuring strong investment performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize PMS portfolios across equity, debt, ETFs, and mutual funds.

- Develop investment strategies, model portfolios, and asset allocation frameworks.

- Execute investment decisions, monitor performance, and rebalance portfolios.

- Design and implement PMS risk management frameworks.

- Present market insights, portfolio performance, and investment rationale to clients.

- Support Relationship Managers in client acquisition and retention.

- Prepare portfolio reports, factsheets, and investment presentations.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI PMS regulations and internal governance standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Equity & Fixed Income markets.

- Expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment research.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

- High ethical standards with strong compliance orientation.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Portfolio Management with an AMC, Wealth Management firm, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund, or Proprietary Investment platform, with hands-on fund management and portfolio responsibility.
