Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven PMS Fund Manager to lead discretionary portfolio strategies within our Private Wealth business. This role demands strong investment acumen, client-centric thinking, and a proven ability to generate alpha while managing risk. The ideal candidate will manage customized equity portfolios for HNIs and UHNIs, align strategies with client mandates, and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

- Design and manage bespoke PMS strategies tailored to client risk-return profiles.

- Execute trades, monitor positions, and rebalance portfolios based on market conditions and investment rationale.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and internal risk parameters.

Research & Strategy:

- Lead fundamental research across sectors and stocks to support portfolio construction.

- Collaborate with research and investment teams to develop macro and micro investment theses.

- Monitor and evaluate investment performance regularly and implement course corrections.

Client Engagement:

- Support the Private Wealth Relationship Managers by articulating portfolio strategies and performance in client meetings.

- Prepare client notes, reports, and product presentations as required.

- Address client queries related to investment strategy, outlook, and portfolio performance.

- Client Communication & Presentation

- Regulatory Compliance (SEBI PMS Regulations)

- Analytical Tools: Bloomberg, Excel, FactSet, etc.
