PMO/Techno Functional Consultant - Banking

Role/Title: PMO / Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant with strong PMO and Banking domain experience to manage and coordinate technology projects across multiple banking applications and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of banking processes along with hands-on experience in project coordination, requirement gathering, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities across business and technology teams

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements

- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, MOMs, and governance updates

- Coordinate with development, testing, infrastructure, and vendor teams

- Ensure smooth execution of projects within agreed timelines

- Support UAT coordination, issue tracking, and production rollout activities

- Drive project governance and ensure adherence to PMO processes

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Project Management / PMO activities

- Banking domain exposure is mandatory

- Good understanding of banking applications and workflows

- Experience in requirement gathering and techno-functional coordination

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, etc.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Core Banking, Payments, Lending, LOS, LMS, CRM, or Digital Banking applications

- PMP / Scrum certifications will be an added advantage
