Position Summary

Role : PMO MD & CEOs Office

Reporting to : Head - PMO

Place of Posting : Mumbai - HO


Key Responsibilities:


- Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently


- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows


- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks


- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld


Key Accountabilities:


- Information Management: Conducting research, gathering information, and preparing briefing materials to support the CEO's decision-making.


- Special Projects: Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed, often requiring strong project management and problem-solving skills.


- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling, coordinating, and preparing materials for meetings, including presentations and reports.


- Process Management: Designing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency.


Required Experience:


- 3-5 Years of experience


Required Qualification:


- MBA from a reputed institute


Technical Competencies:


- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.


- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO professionally.


- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.


- Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative to address them.


- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and propose solutions.
