
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO professional to support Project Managers in driving day-to-day project activities, governance, reporting, and change management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong PMO capabilities, excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience running Change Boards and project governance forums.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Support:
- Provide end-to-end PMO support to Project Managers for daily project execution.
- Maintain and manage project plans, RAID logs, issue trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ensure that PMs follow standard PMO methodologies, processes, and controls.
Change Board & Governance Forums:
- Own and manage Change Control Boards (CCB) and governance meetings.
- Coordinate agenda preparation, documentation, minutes, action follow-ups, and approval workflows.
- Ensure that all change requests are properly assessed, documented, and communicated.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Track KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and financials across projects and programs.
- Create consolidated program dashboards and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a central point of communication between PMs, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, escalations, and resolution of blockers.
Process & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements to project processes and documentation quality.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and maintain project repository and audit readiness.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in PMO, program governance, or project coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience managing Change Boards, governance meetings, and change controls.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
