Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with 10 - 20 years of experience in Banking Transformation, Business Consulting, and Program Governance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, business solutioning, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive program governance, planning, tracking, and execution of large-scale banking transformation initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, product vendors, and senior leadership.

- Lead business solutioning activities including requirement gathering, functional fit-gap analysis, and business scenario modeling.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and Accelerated Solution Design (ASD) sessions to define business and technology solutions.

- Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and performance metrics to measure program success and business outcomes.

- Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and governance processes across multiple workstreams.

- Support digital transformation initiatives across retail banking, corporate banking, payments, CRM, trade finance, treasury, and wealth management functions.

- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and customer experience transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to evaluate and implement banking solutions and platforms.

- Ensure alignment with open banking standards, API-driven architectures, ecosystem integrations, and event-driven business models.

- Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee updates, status reports, and management presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking processes, business transformation, and banking technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-20 years of experience in Banking, Banking Consulting, PMO, Program Management, Business Transformation, or Solution Consulting.

- Hands-on experience working with leading banks, banking product organizations, or financial services institutions.

- Strong understanding of banking processes, operating models, and transformation programs.

- Proven experience in business solutioning, functional consulting, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.

- Experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or digital banking programs.

- Strong knowledge of banking domains such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Trade Finance, CRM, Treasury, Wealth Management, or Channels.

- Experience facilitating functional workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process modeling exercises.

- Understanding of APIs, Open Banking, ecosystem integration, and event-driven architectures.

- Strong expertise in program governance, project planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.

- Experience managing client-facing engagements and senior stakeholder relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with multinational clients and global delivery environments.

- Exposure to industry-leading banking products and platforms such as Finacle, Oracle Flexcube, T24, BaNCS, Fiserv, Misys, Backbase, SAP Banking, FinOne, Fundtech GPP, Clear2Pay OPF, and related banking solutions.

- Professional certifications such as JAIIB, CAIIB, CFA, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are preferred.
