Experience : 6-12 years - This individual will need to have visibility right from requirements definition by product owners, BRD/Functional Specifications created by business analysts, design & development by technology team till testing and deployment of the requirement. In essence, this individual will be accountable for ensuring products delivered by the IT engineering team are in line with the business needs along with ensuring quality documentations. - He/She should have worked with estimation techniques and project planning as he/she will facilitate time bound acceptance of these specifications by the leader of the engineering team or their designates. - The individual will also work with the scrum master to ensure minimal slippages to the delivery timeline committed by the engineering team - This individual should have the capability to review the Product Specifications received from the Product Owners for completeness and accuracy, in terms of detailing of the business need, the product family impacted, channels through which the revised product is to be delivered, scope of impact testing ression testing. - He/She should coordinate with relevant technology teams to ensure micro detailing of UI / UX changes, tables or databases impacted, impact on technical architecture. - This individual should provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, BAT & UAT plan) - Understanding of Banking OR financial Service domain - Prince 2/Scrum Master/Agile Certified - Goal oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
