PMO Lead

- We are looking for an organized and results-driven PMO Lead to establish and manage the IT Project Management Office (PMO) for our manufacturing organization.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for standardizing project execution practices, tracking key IT initiatives (such as ERP, MES, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation), Support Internal / External audits, IT commercials and ensuring alignment with business priorities and plant operations.

- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, tools, templates, and governance models for all IT initiatives.

- Monitor the portfolio of IT programs and projects, including SAP, CRM, SCM MES, cloud-first initiatives, IT infrastructure upgrades, and cyber security programs.

- Work closely with IT, digital, and plant teams to track progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

- Provide regular program dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to CIO and business leadership.

- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and issue resolution across cross-functional IT teams.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, vendor SLAs, change control, and audit requirements.

- Lead project reviews, post-implementation analysis, and continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

- Support governance for vendor management, contract tracking, and license renewals related to IT programs.

Education:

- MBA / bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2+ years in a PMO or governance role in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

- Strong understanding of ERP (SAP), SCM , CRM , MES, OT systems, Cyber Security and IT infrastructure project lifecycles.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across IT, operations, and business functions.

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
