Key Responsibilities: - Project Governance & Compliance: Implement and enforce PMO best practices, frameworks, and methodologies. - Program Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for commercial vehicle projects. - Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution. - Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks. - Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project progress and present updates to senior leadership. - Process Improvement: Continuously improve project execution by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows.
