PMO/Business Analyst - DMS Application

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.

- Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.

- Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.

- Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.

- Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.

- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes.

Ideal Candidate :

Mandatory Skills :

- 3 - 7 years of experience as PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Project Coordinator.

- Experience working on DMS (Dealer Management System / Document Management System) applications.

- Strong expertise in preparing BRD, SRS, FRD, Use Case Documents, and User Documentation.

- Hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and business process mapping.

- Working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and requirement visualization.

- Strong stakeholder and partner management experience.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies.

- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification creation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
