About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) professional from the automotive industry to lead high-impact programs focused on product development, operations, and transformation. The ideal candidate has strong project governance experience and excels at coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle automotive programs from initiation to execution

- Drive PMO governance, project reporting, and stakeholder alignment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality

- Manage project timelines, resource planning, risks, and budget

- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

- Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders

- Support change management and transformation initiatives

Key Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project/Program/Operations Management in the automotive sector

- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SOP, NPI and other industry-standard processes

- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Jira)

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale programs

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred

- Exposure to Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers or global OEM projects is a plus
