About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced PMO & Release Manager to join a high-impact Banking & Treasury Services Change Portfolio supporting a strategic Enterprise Banking Module (EBM) Transformation Program.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Program Management Office (PMO), Release Management, Governance, Financial Tracking, Stakeholder Management, and Project Delivery within large-scale Banking or Financial Services transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Governance & PMO:

- Support program governance activities across multiple workstreams.

- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

- Monitor project health and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Release Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases.

- Manage release calendars and deployment schedules.

- Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

- Ensure successful release readiness and production deployment.

RAID Management:

- Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.

- Track mitigation plans and escalation items.

- Facilitate regular RAID review meetings.

Financial & Resource Management:

- Support project budgeting and financial tracking.

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.

- Assist in resource planning and forecasting.

- Track utilization and capacity planning.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate project status to senior leadership.

- Coordinate with cross-functional business and technology teams.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance forums.

Release Readiness & Deployment:

- Conduct release readiness assessments.

- Ensure deployment checklists are completed.

- Coordinate production implementation activities.

- Support post-release monitoring and issue resolution.

Compliance & Audit Support:

- Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks.

- Support internal and external audit requirements.

- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.

Project Delivery:

- Track end-to-end delivery timelines.

- Monitor KPIs and project performance.

- Drive continuous process improvements within PMO operations.

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in PMO or Release Management.

- Experience in Banking, Treasury, Financial Services, or FinTech projects.

- Exposure to enterprise transformation or digital banking programs.

- Experience managing complex technology delivery programs.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
