About Us :

PlumTrips.com is a travel-tech company dedicated to simplifying travel planning through curated itineraries, native local partnerships, and seamless online booking experiences.

Role Overview :

The Marketing Head will lead the brand's growth across digital and offline channels, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance. This hands-on leadership position reports to the CEO or co- founders and will be instrumental in scaling PlumTrips.com.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across B2C (or B2B2C).

- Lead performance marketing campaigns-PPC, social, display, affiliate-that optimize spend and ROI.

- Establish brand positioning, voice, and identity consistently across all channels and touchpoints.

- Oversee content marketing, including blog content, email sequences, social media, PR initiatives, and influencer partnerships.

- Use web analytics, A/B testing, CRM metrics, and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics.

- Manage the marketing budget, forecasting spend, optimizing resource allocation, and tracking ROI.

- Build and manage a high-performing team (e.g. performance marketer, content lead, social media specialist) or coordinate with agencies.

- Collaborate with product, customer success, operations, and tech teams to ensure marketing efforts support the broader business roadmap.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and monitor industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements & Skills :

- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in travel-tech, hospitality, SaaS or consumer startups. Leadership or strategic roles in travel startups are a strong plus.

- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel paid campaigns with clear impact on growth and ROI.

- Content and campaign management experience-done both directly and through agencies.

- Strong analytical mindset: proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush; comfortable building dashboards and tracking key metrics.

- Leadership experience: mentoring or managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

- MBA or degree in marketing/business is preferred (but not mandatory).

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in travel or hospitality sectors-understanding traveler behavior, seasonality, and partnerships.

- Exposure to international expansion or multi-market coordination.

- Experience scaling marketing functions in early and mid-stage startups.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and workflow segmentation.
