To capitalize on the surging demand for our product, we're rapidly expanding our Enterprise Sales team and looking for high-performing, driven sales professionals who have experience selling employee benefits, with a strong focus on health insurance. You'll own the entire sales cycle-from pipeline generation to closure-helping us scale at the pace of the fastest-growing insurance companies in history. Key Responsibilities: - Own and achieve sales quotas consistently. - Sell Plum's solutions to CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, and senior executives. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Navigate multi-stakeholder sales, including competing against incumbent providers. - Negotiate pricing and terms with both customers and insurers. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, proactively sourcing new leads. Requirements: - 5+ years of Sales experience in Health & Benefits within the Insurance space (Mandatory) - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Expertise in multi-stakeholder engagement and C-suite selling. - Solution-selling and consultative sales approach.
