- Create and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that anticipates the needs of the business.

- Make decisions, build strategies and manage teams using analytical tools to improve operations and efficiency.

- Think beyond the usual, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives.

- Take risks to drive change and innovation and inspire the team to do the same.

- Provide purpose and direction through a clear, inspirational vision.

- Empower the team to do impactful work by removing barriers and creating meaningful connections.

- Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.

- Influence & guide our leaders, hiring managers and interviewers to use best practices in hiring.

- Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact.

- Effectively lead a team of high-performing ICs through compassionate management, collaboration, and coaching development.

- Lead with an agile mindset focused on problem-solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants.

- Contribute to projects across the TA Roadmap to drive us toward innovation and best in industry recruiting.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in recruitment at all levels.

- Experience partnering with senior-level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process.

- Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the consumer tech talent market.

- Proven experience with innovative sourcing methods.

- Experience managing teams, building and delivering applicant pipelines, and planning/executing strategy.

- Experience managing tech and/or nontech recruiting teams.

- Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- A data-driven approach will be key to help demonstrate the value TA adds to the organisation.

- An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations.
