- Contribute to projects across the TA Roadmap to drive us toward innovation and best in industry recruiting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment at all levels.
- Experience partnering with senior-level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process.
- Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the consumer tech talent market.
- Proven experience with innovative sourcing methods.
- Experience managing teams, building and delivering applicant pipelines, and planning/executing strategy.
- Experience managing tech and/or nontech recruiting teams.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- A data-driven approach will be key to help demonstrate the value TA adds to the organisation.
- An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations.
