Role: Director of Data Science

Position Summary:

We are looking for a visionary Director of Data Science who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on AI - ML - DL practitioner.

You will define and execute our data science strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive the development of advanced analytics, AI, ML, and DL solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

What is for you:

- Lead the data science vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals.

- Build, review, and optimize complex models, pipelines, and AI/ML solutions.

- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists, promoting best practices and reproducibility.

- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to translate insights into action.

- Drive innovation in AI, including LLMs, recommendation systems, computer vision, and multimodal applications.

What Were Looking For:

- 15+ years in data science with 5 - 7 years in leadership.

- Proven track record as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor.

- Deep expertise in ML/DL, AI, statistics, big data, and production deployments.

- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformer, Stable diffusion models, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
