Playing Captain/Team Leader - Wealth Management - Private Wealth - NBFC

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Playing Captain/Team Leader Wealth (Pan India) at NBFC. The Playing Captain will be responsible for leading wealth management initiatives across India, developing and executing wealth management strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and providing training and mentorship to junior team members.

- Lead the Zone business across key markets such as Mumbai , Delhi and Ahmedabad

- Develop and implement business strategies to meet AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and client acquisition targets.

- Identify and unlock new market opportunities within the HNI/UHNI segment.

- Lead, mentor, and expand the team of wealth managers, relationship managers, and senior advisors in the zone.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant experience in private banking/wealth management

- Proven track record in managing large teams, driving AUM growth, and acquiring UHNI clients.

- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory framework
