1. Responsible for Engineering Systems Designs - Evaluation &amp; Innovation 2. Coordinate with design consultants regarding the services drawings/design deliverables and overall drive the proto document from a services perspective. 3. Ensure that home and living spaces are efficient, sustainable and designed as per best industry practices. 4. Responsible for execution of the Electrical Power system, Lighting and various mechanical services including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Systems. 5. Overall responsible for developing and rolling out the Safety Assurance Program. 6. In coordination with the zonal safety, leads evaluate all sites from a fire safety perspective at the design stage itself and suggest and ensure implementation in the design 7. In coordination with the CTRH develop, implement the EHS Manual. 8. Lead and coordinate regular safety audits of different sites under construction.
