Technology debt puts the business at risk and contributes to the operational complexities associated with outdated applications, subscriptions, maintenance, processes, compliance and security risks, and human capital required to maintain them.

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research, evaluating competing products, understanding customer pain points, and gathering critical feedback that drives product innovation. You will work closely with Product Owners, UX teams, Business Analysts, Developers, Marketing, and Sales to define product features, write user stories, and ensure successful feature delivery. You will also play a key role in defining and validating acceptance criteria with QA teams and supporting product performance evaluations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and best practices.

- Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and pain points to enhance product features.

- Write clear, detailed user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and deliver product features aligned with business goals.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.

- Define success criteria, review test cases, and support QA during UAT.

- Provide product training to internal teams and customers.

- Track product metrics, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.

- Maintain clear product documentation for internal and external use.

Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in product analysis.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

- Experience in gathering and translating customer feedback into product enhancements.

- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and product analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.

- Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools.

- Familiarity with product analytics tools.

- Passion for continuous learning and growth in the product management field.
