Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing operations at our FMCG plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production workflows, high-quality output, and adherence to safety, compliance, and cost-efficiency standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all plant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.

- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Implement and monitor SOPs across manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency.

- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).

- Oversee inventory control, raw material planning, and supply chain coordination.

- Monitor and control operational costs, wastage, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.

- Lead, train, and motivate plant teams to enhance productivity and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product trials and process improvements.
