Job Description:

- Operational Strategy & Execution and Manage plant operations, product scheduling, quality assurance, and maintenance of plant manufacturing.

- Experience in the field of Plant Operations, Quality assurance, Strategic planning and Capex.

- Worked in industry related to terminations, cables and connector related manufacturing

- Understanding of Financial figures and their impact on growth of company.

- Responsible for managing Operations P&L Plant manufacturing

- Oversee manufacturing facility and ensure operational efficiency.

- Developing production plans, managing budgets, and integrating new technology

- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across unit.

- Reduce waste and increase profitability.

- Collaborate with project leaders to define objectives, milestones, and resource allocation plans

- Lead cross-functional departments including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring alignment and seamless integration.

- Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

- Introduce modern technologies and automation systems .

- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on manufacturing performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Operations Management.
