Plant Manager/Plant Head - Precast Concrete Manufacturing

1. Setting up a concrete precast component factory with a capacity of more than 500 cum/day, within time.

2. O&M of precast component factory and spun pile manufacturing plant - round the-clock basis.- 2 shifts

3. Preassembly yard establishment for module mounting structure.

4. Ability to control quality of concrete.

5. Control cost of overheads of the factory with clear deliverables:

- Cost of fuel

- Cost of electricity

- Cost of raw materials going into it

- Quality of concrete

6. Safety compliance.

7. Team building for operating the manufacturing plants.

8. Experience in batching plant operations and control of operating parameters.

Experience: 20 years or more in related industry (Production Manager- Concrete/ Precast elements)

9. Degree in Civil Engineering (Must)
