Leadership Expectations:
The Plant Manager will not serve merely as an administrative head. The incumbent is expected to:
- Actively engage with production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and utilities teams
- Coach employees on the shop floor and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Step into operational responsibilities during breakdowns, manpower shortages, audits, or commissioning activities to ensure business continuity
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, or related discipline
- MBA preferred
- 10 - 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years as Plant Manager
- Prior exposure to Beverage, FMCG, or Food manufacturing strongly preferred
