Plant Manager - Metal & Stainless-Steel Fabrication

Y.O.E: 15+ years

Location: East Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Setup & Engineering Coordination:

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to plan plant layout, workflow, and material movement.

- Support the selection, specification, and procurement of fabrication equipment and machinery.

- Ensure efficient use of space, safety compliance, and scalability for future growth.

- Assist in defining production processes for metal and stainless steel fabrication.

Production & Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day fabrication operations, including cutting, welding, surface treatment, and coating.

- Ensure production targets, cost objectives, and delivery schedules are met.

- Implement best practices in fabrication efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity.

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

- Must be good in English communication as interaction with foreign consultants
