Plant Manager - 7+ Years - Manesar (Gurgaon)

We are hiring for a Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a beverage manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for production, maintenance, productivity, budgets, workforce management, safety, compliance, warehousing and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the VP - Operations / Manufacturing Head.

Location - Manesar (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

- Lead production and maintenance operations to achieve plant KPIs.

- Manage production planning, budgets, inventory, staffing, stores, dispatch and warehousing.

- Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and plant improvement initiatives.

- Manage workforce performance, discipline and workplace safety.

- Ensure legal, regulatory, environmental and safety compliance across the plant.

- Ensure food safety compliance, including CCP, OPRP and PRP requirements.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Food Technology.

- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility, specifically within the beverage industry.

- Strong experience in plant operations, production, maintenance, budgeting and workforce management.

- Knowledge of food safety systems, plant safety and regulatory compliance.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.

- Strong leadership, communication and continuous improvement mindset.
