Plant Manager - Confectionery

Job Description:

- The Plant Manager - Confectionery will lead the overall technical and production operations of a confectionery manufacturing plant in Lagos.

- The role is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely production while keeping manufacturing costs under control.

- They will oversee plant maintenance, engineering projects, CAPEX, OEE improvement, and continuous cost-efficiency initiatives.

- The position also involves managing industrial relations, unions, labour productivity, budgets, and compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, BRC, and ISO.

- The ideal candidate will have 10 - 15 years of FMCG/confectionery plant experience, an engineering background, and strong hands-on experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
