- Driving Personnel Cost to Revenue of the Business unit.
- Strategic Workforce Planning vis- vis Per Person Productivity in a manufacturing plant with a key focus on cost.
- Monitoring worker productivity and workloads at shop floor.
- Benchmarking & analysing competitor HR database.
- Succession Planning and Skill Development.
- Contractor Management and Liasioning with Labor Office/Director of Factories.
- HRIS and Analytics.
- Handling Social/buyer Audits and associated Compliances.
- Driving Employee Relations and Engagement. Effective implementation of Reward & Recognition policies.
- OD Interventions with focus on Employee Engagement.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention.
- Training & Development with focus on skill enhancement.
- Performance Management for both Blue Collared & White Collared Employees.
- Driving the organizational initiatives in the business like TPM, TQM, TOC, QC, MMM, Kaizens.
- To provide overall right eco system at shop floor, canteens, hostels for employee welfare & retention.
- To look after shop floor IR issues, Grievance Handling, implementation of HR policies & COC at shop floor.
