Urgently hiring Plant HR Manager for Manufacturing company in Goa. We are looking for candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR and Industrial Relations (IR) for our manufacturing facility in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing sector, and a strong understanding of local labor laws and practices in Goa, Maharashtra, or Karnataka. We are seeking a candidate who is either local to Goa or has a strong connection to Maharashtra or Karnataka, due to their familiarity with the regional labor landscape. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Management: - Develop and execute effective recruitment and selection strategies for all levels of the organization. - Implement performance management systems and processes. - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Compensation and Benefits: - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. - Manage payroll and employee records. Industrial Relations (IR): - Maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives. - Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to IR. - Handle conciliation and labour court cases. Employee Relations: - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. - Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and handle audits. HR Operations: - Manage all HR administrative functions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS). Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR and IR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Goa, Maharashtra, or Karnataka. - Proven experience in managing industrial relations and handling labor disputes. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. - Local to Goa or from Maharashtra or Karnataka. - Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
