
About Our Client:
Our client is a global leader in the FMCG manufacturing space, known for strong brands, high operational standards, and a robust plant ecosystem. As they scale and strengthen plant leadership, they are looking to bring in a senior HR leader to anchor people and industrial relations at the factory level.
Location: Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR for a high-volume manufacturing facility, aligning people practices with operational and productivity goals
- Drive strong industrial relations through proactive union engagement and structured grievance redressal mechanisms
- Own contract labour management, statutory compliance and workforce discipline across all categories of employees
- Lead manpower planning, workforce budgeting and productivity improvement initiatives with plant leadership
- Drive training, skill development, engagement and welfare programs to build stable and capable shop-floor teams
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience in factory HR within large manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to union management, LTS implementation and maintaining zero-disruption operations
- Proven experience in handling contract labour, compliance audits and statutory frameworks
- Hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management across teams
- People-oriented and capable of operating in structured, high-performance plant setups
