Plant HR Business Partner - Industrial Relations/Employee Relations

Leadership HR Opportunity | HRBP + Plant HR

We are partnering with a large, multi-location consumer goods manufacturing organization to identify a HR leader for a critical HRBP + Plant HR role.

Location: Bangalore

This role partners closely with plant and operations leadership to drive people effectiveness across a complex manufacturing footprint. The position will focus on strengthening leadership capability, workforce stability, and employee relations while supporting business continuity and growth.

Key Focus Areas:

- Strategic HR partnering with plant and operations leaders

- Workforce planning, capability building, and succession for critical roles

- Driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness on the ground

- Managing ER/IR across unionized and non-unionized environments

- Ensuring compliance, ethical practices, and a strong safety-first culture

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR roles

- Strong exposure to Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and managing multiple plant locations

- Ability to work closely with senior operations leadership

- Hands-on, grounded HR leader with strong execution capability

- Has managed teams

- Has worked with government agencies and unions in the past
