Plant Head - Process Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, CAPEX projects, and operational performance.

- Drive manufacturing efficiency across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery targets.

- Manage production planning, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee maintenance strategy, equipment reliability, and plant improvement projects to ensure operational continuity.

- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, HSE, engineering, and commercial teams to meet business requirements.

- Build and develop plant teams through strong shopfloor leadership, capability building, and performance management.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- A successful candidate comes with 8+ years of experience from a process manufacturing background.

- The individual should have strong exposure to production management, maintenance & reliability, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence, along with experience leading large shopfloor teams.

- Experience in food, FMCG, animal nutrition, aquafeed, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred, along with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
