The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): - Planning and organising: Planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the functions of the plant - Ensuring quality: Ensuring that the plant produces safe products at controlled conditions - Improving processes: Investigating and implementing innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality - Maintaining records: Maintaining all IMS records of productions, machine, and mould maintenance - Adhering to standards: Ensuring adherence to defined Standard Operating Procedures and safety standards - Developing processes: Assisting in developing processes that will maximise stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity Mandatory Requirements: 1. Knowledge of latest manufacturing technologies in the plastics industry 2. Expertise in production engineering, manufacturing operations, production planning control, maintenance, production scheduling, and machine operating 3. Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 4. Experience of TPM/TQM and Kaizen Preferred Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) B. E. (Polymer) MUST HAVE SKILLS :- - 14 + Yrs of work exp in Manufacturing Industry preferably Plastic. - Experience of TPM/TQM and Kaizen - Willing to work from Pune location - INJECTION MOULDING Experience is a MUST Budget 25-30 lpa ( slightly negotiable)
