Plant Head Pharmaceutical Formulation Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead the overall operations of a Greenfield pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with strong exposure to Parenteral (LVP/SVP) and OSD manufacturing in EU GMP/PIC/S GMP compliant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Utilities.

- Drive manufacturing excellence while ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with EU GMP, PIC/S GMP, WHO, MHRA, CDSCO, and other applicable regulatory standards.

- Lead and manage regulatory inspections and customer audits.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Develop and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

- Ensure implementation of EHS policies and adherence to company standards.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with significant experience leading plant operations.

- Strong expertise in Parenteral (LVP/SVP) and OSD manufacturing.

- Mandatory experience in EU GMP/PIC/S GMP compliant manufacturing facilities.

- Exposure to Tofflon/Truking equipment will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
