About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Plant Head to lead the overall operations of our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production, maintenance, quality, and safety functions while driving efficiency and operational excellence across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.

- Develop and execute production plans to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.

- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maintain operational efficiency.

- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

- Drive quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to ISO and other regulatory norms.

- Manage inventory, raw material planning, and coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.

- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a culture of performance and accountability.

- Prepare and monitor budget, production reports, and KPIs to ensure business goals are met.

- Collaborate with senior management to plan capacity expansion, process automation, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Head (or in a senior plant operations management role)
