Plant Head/Manufacturing Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations - Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, IR, Finance & Materials.

- Drive P&L performance, productivity, and operational excellence.

- Ensure smooth functioning of Cluster, PCB & SMT Line operations.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams across functions.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven background in electronics product manufacturing.

- Experience managing plant operations or as Plant Head.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
