Job Description:

As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. Your primary focus will be on production, quality control, and maintenance, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet organizational productivity and safety benchmarks. Additionally, you will cultivate a positive work environment for all employees.

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the manufacturing plant.

- Develop and implement effective production schedules.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Manage the plant's budget and optimize the allocation of resources.

- Maintain high-quality control standards throughout operations.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and workers.

- Identify, plan, and execute process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with the headquarters in China and other NGC subsidiaries to ensure seamless operations.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and support.

- Address operational issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment of 5+years

- Strong understanding of production management and operations.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
